1) Shortlist & Tours

Parents submit an online application, pay a non‑refundable registration fee (commonly around AED 500+), and upload documents such as reports and leaving/transfer certificates.

3) Assessments

Younger children are usually observed in play‑based sessions; older students may sit CAT4 or similar assessments and have a short interview.

4) Offer, Waitlist or Conditional Place

Schools may issue an offer, place your child on a waitlist, or give conditional offers for key transition points (e.g., GCSE to A‑level/IB), with a deposit required to secure the seat.

5) KHDA Registration

Once you accept, the school completes KHDA registration and you sign the parent contract so your child can legally start.

What to Prepare Before You Move
