Last updated: June 2026

1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dubai Oneway website and the services provided by Oneway Relocations Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16796990, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“Dubai Oneway”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or engage our services.

2. Nature of Our Service

Dubai Oneway is a relocation coordination and consultancy business. We act as a single point of contact and coordinator, connecting clients with specialist third-party advisers, service providers, and partner organisations across the United Kingdom and the UAE. We do not ourselves provide legal, immigration, financial, tax, or property services.

We do not hold authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), or any UAE regulatory body in respect of regulated activities. Where our coordination involves introducing you to regulated specialists, those specialists operate independently under their own regulatory obligations.

Nothing in our website, our communications, or our service delivery constitutes legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. Any information we provide is for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as advice specific to your circumstances.

Dubai Oneway is not responsible for the advice, outputs, decisions, timelines, or conduct of any third-party specialist, government authority, or service provider introduced through our coordination.

3. Coordination Fee

Our coordination fee covers the planning, management, and coordination of your relocation process. It does not include any third-party costs, specialist fees, government fees, visa application costs, company registration fees, property deposits, or any other disbursements payable to third parties.

All third-party costs are payable directly by you to the relevant provider. We will outline anticipated third-party costs as part of our onboarding process. These are estimates only and subject to change based on your circumstances, provider pricing, and government fee structures at the time of application.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard coordination fee starts from £6,000 (six thousand pounds sterling) dependant on client circumstances this can increase, payable as follows:

  • 50% deposit due on engagement, prior to commencement of services.
  • 50% balance due no later than three months before your confirmed move date.

All fees are quoted in pounds sterling. Payment must be made by bank transfer or such other method as we confirm in writing. We do not offer payment plans or instalment arrangements.

If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Dubai Oneway reserves the right to suspend active coordination until payment is received. We will provide written notice before suspension. Sustained non-payment of the balance may result in termination of the engagement under Section 6.

5. Your Right to Cancel

5.1 Statutory Cancellation Right

If you are a consumer and have engaged our services remotely (for example, online or by phone), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into your service agreement without giving a reason (your “Cooling-Off Period”), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you request that we begin work during the Cooling-Off Period, and you subsequently cancel within that period, you will be liable to pay for services actually performed up to the point of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis. If the service has been fully performed during the Cooling-Off Period with your prior consent, you lose the right to cancel.

5.2 Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period

If you wish to cancel after the Cooling-Off Period, you must notify us in writing. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation after the Cooling-Off Period but before the balance payment is due: the deposit is forfeited. No further sums will be payable unless work has been completed proportionate to a value exceeding the deposit.
  • Cancellation after the balance has been paid: no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dubai Oneway.

5.3 Termination by Dubai Oneway

Dubai Oneway reserves the right to terminate the engagement if a client acts in material breach of these Terms, fails to provide information reasonably required to deliver the service, or acts in a manner that makes continuation of the service unreasonable. In such circumstances, fees already paid will not be refunded, and any outstanding balance may remain payable proportionate to work completed. We will provide written notice of termination.

6. Client Obligations

To enable us to coordinate your relocation effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your personal circumstances, documents, and requirements in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information, approvals, or decisions that are required to progress your relocation.
  • Inform us immediately of any material change in your circumstances that may affect the scope or delivery of the service.
  • Deal directly and professionally with all third-party specialists and providers we introduce to you.

Dubai Oneway accepts no liability for delays, additional costs, or failed outcomes caused by a client’s failure to meet these obligations.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Relocation to the UAE involves processes and decisions made by third parties including UAE government authorities, free zone bodies, immigration departments, financial institutions, and property providers. Dubai Oneway coordinates your process but does not control or guarantee the decisions or timelines of any of these parties.

We make no representation or warranty that:

  • Any visa or residency application will be approved.
  • Any business licence or company registration will be granted within any particular timeframe.
  • Any bank account application will be successful.
  • Any property will be secured at any particular price or within any particular timeline.
  • Any school placement will be obtained.
  • Any third-party service will be delivered to any particular standard or within any stated timeline.

Timelines provided are estimates only. Dubai Oneway accepts no liability for delays or adverse outcomes caused by third parties, government authorities, policy changes, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

Dubai Oneway shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our coordination obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: geopolitical events, changes in UAE government policy, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or regulatory changes affecting the UAE or United Kingdom.

In the event of a force majeure situation that materially affects our ability to deliver the service, we will notify you in writing and discuss appropriate next steps, which may include pausing the engagement, adjusting the timeline, or, where continuation is not reasonably possible, terminating the engagement with a partial refund proportionate to work not yet completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Dubai Oneway’s total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the total coordination fee paid to us.
  • We shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from our services or from the acts or omissions of any third-party provider we introduce to you.
  • We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, or failures on the part of third-party specialists, government bodies, partner organisations, or service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded by law; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable English law.

10. Referral Partnerships

Dubai Oneway maintains referral and introducer arrangements with selected third party service providers. Where we introduce you to a partner organisation, we may receive a referral fee or commission from that partner. This commission is paid by the partner and does not affect the price you pay to the third party.

Our current referral arrangements include providers in the fields of foreign exchange and international payment services, and property search and brokerage services. We will disclose the existence of a referral arrangement upon request.

Our recommendation of any partner is based on our assessment of their suitability for our clients. However, we do not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for any partner’s services, advice, or conduct.

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in the first instance by email at info@dubaioneway.com, setting out the nature of your complaint clearly. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied following our response, and you are a consumer, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. We will provide details of any applicable scheme in our response to your complaint.
